In a game where the Rake Fighters really dominated, it didn't take much time until the Diablos didn't stand a chance. "Tha Dude" Medina Dominated the pitching game as he threw a one hitter and his teammate Taylor Martucci hit the only Home run of the game when he hit a 2 Run Shot in the bottom of the 1st. The Amish Rake Fighters will face the second expansion team, the Young Gunz in their next match up while the Diablos face the other best team right now in the league the Solo Shots.

Solo Shots vs Young Gunz Game 1

This was the first Game ever played between the two teams just like the Rake Fighters and Diablos, but this meant a little more. It required a whole bunch of trashtalking throughout the whole week between the two teams, moslty by Captains Eric Cifelli of the Young Gunz and Tim Gola of the Shots. The game was pretty much even throughout the whole game, being tied 5- 5 going into the 9th when the Police rolled up, and since we were playing under the lights without permisson like we always do, this time he took our keys to the lights and turned them off. The game was finished the following afternoon, when Grant Bercari hit a walk off SoLo ShOt to win it.

Solo Shots vs Young Gunz Game 2

On a crappy afternoon, the Solo Shots and Young Gunz played a second game. Although the bad weather, the game was still decided by Home Runz. 4 RBI's from Solo Shots 3rd baseman Kyle McGonigal beat and a 2 run shot from The Gunz' Billy Berrios and a Solo Shot by Matt Cleary was not enough to add up to the damage done by Kyle McGonigal.
