The underdogs in this game, the Solo Shots, didn't back down, After a scoreless 3 innings the Solo Shots, kept their bats alive and scored 8 runs in the fourth. With excellent pitching from Joe Polkawitz the Shots kept the Amish Rake fighters to 0 runs. Up 8-0 in the bottom of the 6th, and sitting on the 10 run rule, Solo Shots' shortstop Kyle McGonigal hit a 3 run shot, to put this game away. Joe Polkowitz threw the first Complete Game shutout in the S.B.L. Amish Rake fighters fall to 4-1, and the red-hot Solo Shots who have won the last 3 games are looking to get back to the top of the divison for the first time since last year.
